1 Acceptance and Scope of Application

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between the entity operating the 77dt platform ("77dt", "we", "us") and any person or entity ("user", "you") who uses this website or its services.

2 Account Registration and Management

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the 77dt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There is no facility for transactions in any foreign currency.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77dt offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The wagering requirement to use the bonus is 15 times the original bonus amount.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Some games or bet types may not qualify for bonus wagering.
• In cases of bonus abuse or breach of terms, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.2 Other Promotions

6 Fair Play and Game Rules

8 VIP Program and Rewards

The 77dt VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback and additional benefits.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistent and active participation on the platform. 77dt reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time. Cashback rewards are added to the account automatically and relevant wagering conditions may apply.

9 Account Suspension, Inactivity and Closure

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure; however, any active bonus that has not met its conditions will be cancelled.

9.2 Closure at 77dt's Initiative

77dt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraud, deception or any other dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).

For inactive accounts, 77dt may apply a maintenance fee, which will be communicated to the user in advance.

10 Intellectual Property Rights

The 77dt website and all of its content — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, code and databases — is the intellectual property of 77dt or its licensors.

• Republishing, distributing, modifying or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 77dt is prohibited.
• Content belonging to game providers is protected by their own intellectual property laws.
• Use of site content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

11 Limitation of Liability

77dt will not be held liable for the following:

• A game remaining incomplete due to internet connectivity issues or disruption of a third-party service.
• Issues arising from incompatibility with the user's device or browser.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account (where the user has not complied with security requirements).
• Personal, family or financial harm caused by gambling.

77dt's total liability in any circumstance will be limited to the amount deposited by the user during the relevant period.
